Elite Constructions began its activities in earnest in 1992 as Elite Developing Co. Ltd following the return of both of its major shareholders and directors from Africa, where they spent several years, working in various positions in different countries with large international and multinational construction companies.

A registered construction company with the Registration Council of the Building and Civil Contractors presently in category A for both building and civil Works since 2012, Elite Constructions Ltd begun its operations in 1993, attempting modest building projects and gradually enhancing its field of activities by encompassing almost all types of building and civil projects.

Apartment blocks, luxury houses and villas, holiday and vocational houses, superb hotels with magnificent external grounds with swimming pools, industrial buildings and warehouses, intricate town infrastructure projects, rural and urban roads, town planning landscaping and marine (harbour) works and churches, are just but a few of the projects that the company can proudly but modestly declare that has successfully attempted and concluded.

The company has developed an efficient system of project management and control based on the extensive experience of its founding members, and it maintains a highly competent office and site personnel with most of its staff members being with the company from its early days or then on, as the company was growing.

Whilst the main area of operation is situated in Famagusta district, the company has attempted and successfully concluded projects all over Cyprus, in Nicosia, Paphos and Limassol, whilst Larnaka area is considered as a natural extension of the home base.

Commencing its operations under the name of Elite Developing Co Ltd., the company has altered the registered company name to Elite Constructions Ltd. to reflect more accurately its activities since real estate developing is not necessarily its mainstream operations.

Thus, Elite Constructions Ltd is more fitting with the everyday activities and endeavours of the company, whilst real estate developing still remains one of its operations. In fact as far as the latter is concerned the company prides itself with functional and innovative designs for its properties whilst construction and finishings are of the highest standard.
