As the name implies, Elite Developing was originally incorporated and set up to carry out Real Estate Development projects. However before too long, mainly due to the long experience and intimate knowledge of its founders in the construction industry, the company moved towards an active involvement and participation in the construction, not only of its own projects, but a variety of other works.

Starting right from the inception of the projects up to the realization, the appropriate conceptual planning and architectural designs are made according to the area, the environment, and the intended use, always paying particular attention to the functionality of the properties, albeit without any shortcomings to the aesthetics and appearance.

Customer service and satisfaction have been from the outset of our developing activities in the core of our philosophy and our approach is always directed towards these goals. Aftersales service, be it during the construction phase, when clients request for alterations (when such are possible and permissible) are incorporated, or during handover when any teething problems appear, or even in the period of actual habitation, when small problems could become nuisance, we are always there and ready to offer to the best of our abilities.
